Please note we offer shipping exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.
All online orders are shipped complimentary with DHL.
We aim to ship all online orders within 5 business days of purchase, subject to availability and successful payment verification, unless otherwise stated.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.
All bespoke creations will be ready for collection within approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
We invite you to collect your personalised designs in-store, where you will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate your bespoke creation.
In the unlikely event that your design does not meet your expectations, we will collaborate with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Requests for modifications beyond the agreed design brief will be fulfilled with pleasure, with any additional costs to be covered by the client.
RETURNS
Should your online purchase not meet your expectations, we kindly invite you to review our Terms & Conditions, which outline the return process within 14 days of receipt.
For any return enquiries, please reach out to us at jewellery@gemima.co.uk, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
We will only accept goods that we determine are unworn, undamaged and in the original Gemima packaging.
Please be aware that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
