Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, we also often source diamonds and gems directly from mines and have them bespoke cut to reflect our clients desires. We work with a top certification lab on Bond Street for all our own work.
Can you help insure a ring after creation?
Yes, we work with THMarch who specialise in jewellery insurance. With every purchase and commission we will provide an insurance valuation and stone certificates where applicable.
Do couples design rings together?
Getting engaged is a truly personal chapter, and every relationship is unique. We work with couples together, we work with couples for a first appointment and then work privately with one partner to deliver a surprise, and we work undercover to ensure an incredible private proposal.
Online Order Questions
Can I update my order after I have placed it?
Please contact jewellery@gemima.co.uk if you wish to update your order. We will do our best for any orders that have yet to be processed. Please note we cannot cancel any orders that have been shipped.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mater Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes, all online orders will be shipped via a tracked DPD service.

How long does an engagement ring take?
After an initail diamond and design appointment, we will give you a timeline set in stone, but we usually ask 3 - 5 weeks.
Can I come and try your designs on?
Yes, we would love to welcome you to the store. Please email appointments@gemima.co.uk to book an appointment.
Can I use family gold in an engagement ring?
Yes, we love adding heirloom gold and gemstones to your pieces, not only is it romantic, but it's sustainable too.
