By invitation only, the journey continues downstairs to The Gem Bar The beating heart of the house. This lower-ground tasting and design lounge is home to Gemima’s signature experience, Diamond Tasting: a masterclass pairing rare, natural diamonds with fine wine and champagne. Here, guests are guided through the artistry of collecting and investing in diamonds, with insider knowledge revealed in an atmosphere of convivial luxury.
The Gem Bar is also available for private hire, hosting milestone celebrations for up to six guests.
